Your video stays on your device

The editor reads clips, logos, music and uploaded or recorded voice-over in your browser. Editing, thumbnail creation and video rendering take place on your device. The application does not upload these media files to its server. Downloads are saved using your browser. If you choose your device’s Share action, the video is handed to the social app you select and that platform processes it under your account. Reloading or closing the page may discard unsaved edits and generated media.

Google sign-in

If you sign in, Google supplies your account identifier, verified email address and display name. We use these to identify your account, show your wallet, manage subscriptions and authorize administrator access. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or other Google content. Google account passwords are never received by VideoNews. OAuth access tokens are used during sign-in and are not kept after account identification.

Shared Sarvam text-to-speech

When you choose Generate, the entered Kannada text and selected voice settings are sent through our server to Sarvam AI. The service uses an operator-managed API key; users do not supply or see that key. Generated audio returns to your browser for preview, editing and device download. Text and generated audio are not intentionally stored in the account database. Do not submit sensitive material you do not want processed by Sarvam. Sarvam applies its own privacy practices to processing on its systems.

Accounts, billing and cookies

The server stores account identifiers, email and name, hashed session identifiers, temporary sign-in state, wallet balances, ledger entries, subscription periods and voice-generation usage metadata such as character counts, charges, status and time. Necessary cookies keep you signed in and secure the sign-in flow. This application does not add advertising trackers. Google Fonts requests used for the editor can disclose ordinary network information to Google.

Payments and records

Wallet top-ups and subscription checkout are currently inactive. We do not collect payment-card or bank details. If payment processing is introduced, the provider and applicable data sharing will be disclosed before checkout opens. Billing records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and resolving disputes; account-deletion requests are reviewed with these obligations in mind.

Server logs and retention

Operational access and error logs may contain network addresses, requested paths, timestamps and response status. We configure OAuth callback logging to exclude query strings. Account data is retained while needed to provide the service; temporary sign-in state and expired sessions are removed. We do not sell Google account data or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can view the public information pages without signing in. Google sign-in is required to open the editor. You can leave optional services off, sign out, and revoke the app's access in your Google Account. To request access to, correction of or deletion of account information, email the support address above from the account concerned. Deleting browser data signs you out locally but does not by itself delete billing records on the server.
